A leading digital audio broadcaster is actively recruiting 2 permanent IT Helpdesk Analysts to join a small 24*7*365 day support operation. who provide technical support to both their customers. You will be responsible for delivering operational activities to ensure that their services are delivered continuously to a high standard 24 by 7, 365 days of the year.
To be considered you must possess the following; 1) educated to a minimum of `A` Level or equivalent with GCSEs in Maths, English and Science at grade C or above, 2) minimum of 6 months commercial experience in an IT based role e.g. IT Helpdesk Support, IT Operations, IT Support, 1st Line Support etc 3) experience of Microsoft Operating Systems 4) Ability to work alone and use own initiative as well as part of a team.

Salary up to £16,500 plus excellent holiday. Based Winchester, Hampshire. Commutable from Berkshire, Wiltshire, Surrey, Sussex and Wiltshire.
